“Paxful Financials is not taking responsibility” User Said

A Paxful Financials (Broker) user complained on WikiFX about a firm's ignorant behavior. The complainant was defrauded and lost 65.45 USD. He reported directly to the Paxful Financials. “Instead of helping me recover my funds, they only got rid of the merchant and told me that nothing could be done concerning the lost funds,” Victim stated.

The Firm stated in his email, ‘Upon investigation, we found out that your trade partner sent you a phishing link that has been used to steal your Paxful account information. We do not tolerate scams so our team already restricted this user from using Paxful again. Unfortunately, any crypto that has been lost as a result of an account takeover is nonreversible.’ The complainant attached screenshots with us.
