Unregulated broker duped a user

On January 26, 2024, an Indian user filed a complaint against Growfx on Wikifx for withdrawal difficulty. A complainant who invested his money with an unlicensed broker became a victim.

According to his complaint, complainant invested 830 USD with Growfx on December 7, 2023. The victim said,“ I got my first-time investment only after that, and not a single penny was credited to my bank account. I have been trying to contact customer support of the broker since last month, but they have not received my call and have not given any response.” He added.

The victim attached screenshots of the email and the funds credited to his account by Growfx. He further stated in the complaint that the amount displayed in the screenshot, 243 USD, hadn't been added to his account.

Review

When we searched for Growfx on WikiFX, we found it is a low-score broker and does not have a license. Also, WikiFX issued a warning against it, stating that it has been verified that this broker currently has no valid regulation. Please be aware of the risk! Here is the proof of it.
