A user from India filed a complaint against the CITIFX broker on May 5, 2023 on wikifx . In his complaint, User stated that on January 3, 2023, he invested 3,88,000 Rupees with Citifx broker. The victim claimed that this is first time he is facing a withdrawal issue with the broker.

“Despite my repeated attempts, the broker's cell phone is momentarily out of service” the victim added. He also told broker is not even responding to his emails. Here are the screenshots. You can see and beware to not invest with this broker.

As the broker claims to be Authorised by FCA and provides registered reference no. on its website when we checked this broker on the FCA register we got nothing. We tried with the given reference no. and this is what we got. On this reference no. another firm is registered not citifx.

Other than this we need to highlight that Citifx does not reveal its phone no. on the website. We checked this broker on Wikifx and it suggested that Citifx is a clone firms. Also Citifx has the lowest score with 1.05 out of 10. We read recent reviews of people about this Broker and this is what we got. These are Red flags. If you ignore them. It can be harmful for you.
