Abstract:Founded in 2014, TIFIA is an online broker headquartered in the Republic of Vanuatu but has offices in Thailand, Spain, Indonesia, and Nigeria. Recently TIFIA stopped its forex trading services on 30 May 2022 for some reason, which causes economic losses to its clients. One investor from Vietnam told WikiFX that he could not withdraw money from this broker since TIFIA stopped responding to him and providing any service. This victim eventually asked WikiFX for help. In this article, the victim exposed the process of how TIFIA took a trader’s money away without giving a proper reason.

About TIFIA
Founded in 2014, TIFIA is an online forex broker offering a wide varies of market instruments to its clients across the globe, including Сurrencies (majors, minors, including the most popular exotic currencies), metals (gold, silver, and other metals), Stock Indices (the major world market indices), crude Oil (US Crude and UK Brent). WikiFX has given this broker a score of 4.79/10.

Announcement of stopping providing services

The investor received an email from TIFIA. In this email, TIFIA claimed that it would stop providing services on May 30, 2022. TIFIA promises that it will pay all customers' withdrawal orders before June 30, 2022. All bonus and credit funds credited by TIFIA will be canceled on Friday, 27 May 2022. However, this victim told WikiFX that he did not get any feedback from this broker. And he cannot withdraw his money from this broker.
The evidence from the victim gathered by WikiFX
One victim, from Vietnam, told WikiFX about the horrors he encountered while investing in TIFIA. This is a real-name reporting, and below is the victim's ID.

On May 27, 2022, TIFIA announced that it will stop providing services on May 30, 2022. As for the reason, they stopped providing the service, as far as I know, they violated when buying the bluemax mt4 license. They clearly announced that they will pay all customers' withdrawal orders before June 30, 2022. This victim eventually asked WikiFX for help.

The victim sent an email to TIFIA. In this email, he told TIFIA that he made the withdrawal request as early as 24/05/2022, but one month has passed and he has not received any reply from TIFIA and has not received his money back.

According to the above, the CEO of TIFIA explained the reason why this broker has to stop the services. After TIFIA purchased BlueMax MT4, Metaquotes sent a letter to him about the termination of TIFIAs MT4 license. Metaquotes does not allow to use MT terminal under the TIFIA brand anymore. Therefore, TIFIA has no choice but to end its services.

Above is the conversation between the investor and the customer support team of TIFIA. The agents of TIFIA told the investor that all pending withdrawals will be processed by the 30th of June and earlier. However, because there are so many withdrawal requests from the clients, TIFIA is working hard to process all the requests as fast as possible. In addition, the victim wanted this broker to offer a specific plan, but TIFIA refused to do so.

Although TIFIA claimed that it will pay all clients before June 30, 2022, TIFIA did not offer clients a specific timeline. The reply from the TIFIA did not offer useful information. The victim doubts if he can receive the funds after June 30, 2022. As of June 27, 2022, the victim still does not have clue about the process of withdrawals.

Conclusion
Since TIFIA has already ended its services permanently, it is very likely for it to take away clients money fraudulently. TIFIA said it will let clients withdraw their money on June 30, 2022. But it did not give any specific plan or timeline. When the victim asked TIFIA what if investors still have not received the money after June 30, 2022, there is no response from this broker.
WikiFX is actively reaching out to the victim, hoping to find more evidence to help him resolve the problem. Please stay tuned for more information.
