BlackBull Markets, a multi-asset broker based in New Zealand, announced today that it has secured a derivatives issuer licence from the countrys local regulator, the Financial Markets Authority (FMA)
BlackBull Markets is the trading name of Black Bull Group Limited. The broker provides a range of trading services, including foreign Exchange ( Forex ), contracts for difference (CFDs) and commodities.
The New Zealand broker was established in 2014. According to the Financial Service Providers Register in New Zealand, BlackBull Markets secured the licence from the FMA today on 12th August 2020.
Speaking to Finance Magnates, Michael Walker, Director of BlackBull Markets explained what services the broker will be offering under the new licence: “We will be providing retail clients both globally and in New Zealand with the opportunity to trade a range of FX, metals, commodities, indexes and also equity CFDs with a fast-growing broker they can trust. In the future, we also have plans to expand our offering to include other options such as stand-alone equities.”
Prior to receiving the licence, Black Bull Group Limited was registered and incorporated in New Zealand (NZBN 9429041417799) under the Financial Service Providers Register. Black Bull Group Limited is incorporated and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Seychelles. The Group also has operations in the United Kingdom under Black Bull Group UK Limited.
