PT First State Futures has obtained a business license from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia through the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI), with its regulatory license number 18/BAPPEBTI/PN/3/2010. PT. First State Futures is also a member of two Futures Exchanges in Indonesia, namely PT. Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX), and PT. Indonesia Commodity and Derivative Exchange (ICDX).
