Sometimes a strong price move starts losing its strength before the market actually turns. This is what we call price exhaustion. A few things I usually watch are unusually large candles, long rejection wicks, RSI divergence, sudden volume spikes, and smaller candles showing weaker momentum. But remember, exhaustion is a warning, not an immediate entry signal. I prefer waiting for confirmation before taking a trade.
