Abstract：Established in 1991, Sacombank is one of the first commercial banks established in HCMC based on the consolidation from Go Vap Economic Development Bank and 3 credit cooperatives: Tan Binh, Lu Gia and Thanh Cong with charter capital of VND 3 billion.
