Although the international market fluctuated during the incident period, it did not reach the corresponding price level for my account's theoretical forced liquidation. During that time window, my MT5 client experienced multiple server disconnections and quote freezes, with chart prices staying static, while the background server market continued to run. I repeatedly attempted to send instructions for closing positions, reducing positions, and adjusting stop losses, but the instructions failed to submit and remained in a pending state, and the software was unable to communicate normally with the server. The client displayed abnormal instantaneous spike candlesticks, which were false quotes caused by platform server lag. Due to the platform server failure, trading instructions could not be transmitted and executed, and I lost the ability to control risk on my positions, resulting in a forced liquidation loss. This loss does not fall under normal market trading risks. Request to the platform: 1. Retrieve the server operation logs, tick quote records, and network connection logs for that time period; 2. Verify my order submission records to confirm the fact that instructions could not reach the server; 3. In accordance with the platform service agreement, properly handle the loss caused by this server anomaly, and look forward to the platform providing a solution and processing timeline.

This is already the third time they intentionally caused disconnection and lag. I have been observing for several days. Running EA on the same four accounts, there is always one that disconnects and doesn't move, causing lag and slippage. Yesterday morning, the long position got stuck and didn't move, and today it happened again, causing my account to blow up. My other accounts are fine, and the network is also fine. It only happens when my floating loss is large, they intentionally operate to cause my liquidation. I have observed the same four accounts for several days, it's like they manipulate behind the scenes based on my profits. Either today this account gets stuck or another. Disconnect the network and don't move, let's see what the normal status of others is at the same time?
