I opened a real trading account with PGMarkets金时, and have been trading diligently and in compliance. Recently, I made a normal withdrawal, but the platform refused to release the funds. My withdrawal on July 16 was rejected, and on July 24 I withdrew again, but the funds still have not arrived. Customer service also fails to resolve the issue and keeps making excuses.
