VT Markets has cancelled the withdrawal, removed the profits, and suspended the account. VT Markets is the worst Broker I have ever experienced. I requested a withdrawal of USD 1000, but I did not even receive $1. My withdrawal was cancelled, my account was suspended, and my profits were removed without clear and satisfactory explanation. I contacted customer service many times via email, but they did not reply or failed to provide a meaningful solution. The support team is very unprofessional and unhelpful.
