Hello! Following up on the customer feedback received on April 7, 2025, regarding a transaction issue, we have been actively addressing the matter and communicating with the customer to provide explanations. We have thoroughly explained to the customer that the account liquidation was due to a combination of factors on that particular day: a widened spread at market open, coupled with significant market volatility as it was the first trading day after President Trump's announcement of tariff policies. These factors resulted in insufficient margin in the customer's account, leading to the liquidation. After understanding the customer's situation, we proactively proposed several potential solutions. However, we have yet to receive a response from the customer at this time. The account manager is continuing to follow up on this issue and maintaining open lines of communication with the customer.
