Unable to Withdraw

The withdrawal process showed as approved on the official website, but I haven't received the funds.

As the title says, I haven't received it. They didn't reply to emails or support tickets, and the support ticket was changed to "completed" status shortly after. They didn't even email me to explain what happened.
