Cancelled bonus

On the 11th of this month, I received an email about a deposit bonus in the app. I deposited 16 dollars and received a bonus of 17.60 USD. I was trading and after reaching 68.39 USD, I decided to cancel my bonus on the 13th. The terms stated that if I canceled the bonus, only the 17.60 USD would be deducted from my account and the profits would not be touched. However, after canceling my bonus, my account balance became zero. I have been trying to contact support since that day, but no one has responded or given me a clear explanation of why this happened. I am always waiting for a response from support, but still nothing. I hope this can be resolved.

My money hasn't arrived yet. I deposited and withdrew with the same card, and it's been 21 days but my money has not come. They are quick to take the money but not to deliver it. At least I thought of investing a little in case it's a scam.

the platform is a total scam

The platform does not allow the withdrawal of profits in my case; they took all the money I deposited and a big prize I won in a monthly tournament. They look for any excuse to ask you for a series of documents to verify, and even if you send everything, they eventually just block you and cut off all communication. Basically, you can't claim anything anywhere, and they keep scamming needy people who invest with the hope of making a profit on this platform, which, aside from stealing your money, manipulates the market to their advantage. My advice to anyone who might read this is not to invest in this platform—they will never give you the money you earn with your knowledge.

Trying to withdraw my earnings for over a month now.

For over a month now, I've been trying to withdraw my earnings. I have no clear resolution regarding the withdrawal of my trading profits. I've requested to withdraw my funds four times, and the first three times were nullified without any apparent reason. My account is fully verified, and I've submitted all the additional documents they requested via email. Despite all this, they continue to cancel my withdrawal requests. My last attempt was through Neteller. After a week of initiating the process and having communicated daily with their support team through email after the three business days stipulated for this type of withdrawal, they asked for screenshots of my account and personal data, which were also sent and confirmed by their team. According to them, these documents were approved by their payments department. However, the request still seems frozen to this day. It's already been two weeks and I'm getting no response.

FRAUD WHEN WITHDRAWING PROFITS

I have nearly a thousand dollars held in IQ OPTIONS, they tell me they are reviewing the account, verifying the information; when I have been verified for almost a year. They do not respond clearly. I have not been able to withdraw my profits for over two weeks. I complained and now they do not allow me to trade, withdraw; practically they want to close my account and keep my profits.

I WON, WANTED TO WITHDRAW, AND THEY VANISHED.

I invested 20 dollars on the platform, and in a short time, I managed to amass up to 51.38 dollars. I wished to withdraw them and was met with an outright block! I am unable to either deposit or withdraw. The attempts I made to withdraw to my cards were "unsuccessful." I sought assistance from technical support, but they have not paid me any attention or responded. Days have passed and I have received zero information. The transaction marked as "unsuccessful" didn't even show up in my bank transactions. IQ option didn't even bother to provide me with an exact reason and simply blocked my account. I am verified and all that but to no avail. Considering the reviews, it seems to be a scam where they let you earn a certain amount and then hit you with excuses as to why you can't withdraw. Moreover, they accept your deposit in minutes but then have you waiting days for withdrawal or a response from support. Allegedly, you get three free withdrawals. I made two and now it's stating that I don't have any left. I tried to withdraw using another method, but all options were blocked. Given the poor reputation of IQ option, I prefer to take action now.

    Their trading platform is sooo good for trading. It’s kind of unique, it doesn’t look like tradingview, not it looks like metatrader. It’s a custom platform and designers made it in their own way, which ended up being beautiful. I’m trading a eur/usd pair, it’s moving nice recently to catch some moves.

    Hard to find an analogue to this platform. Yeah this is by far the best feature of the broker. For some time I was looking for a platform that can compete with MT, in terms of charting tools and indicators, with fresher design. Find one in iqoption. I even managed to create my special RSI custom indicator through the relatively simple script mechanics of the platform. It worked pretty smooth, no freezes.
    Hard to find an analogue to this platform. Yeah this is by far the best feature of the broker. For some time I was looking for a platform that can compete with MT, in terms of charting tools and indicators, with fresher design. Find one in iqoption.
