I can’t withdraw on CSI ever since August 2018. The platform said it was because of foreign exchange restriction. I’ve been waiting for 4 months for nothing.

CSI gave no access to my withdrawal with the excuse of the frozen fund by the third party. Now the website is disabled. My 80 thousand dollars are doomed.

The withdrawal applied on September 10th in CSI hasn’t been received for more than 1 month,which was caused by amount limitation by third party payment.

In March, 2018, I opened 4 accounts and deposited 40,000 dollars. I applied for withdrawal in December but was told to wait for withdrawal, as my money was frozen by relevant departments. So far, it still asks me to wait.
