Hello, my name is Rico Nurhidayat. I would like to convey some difficulties regarding the withdrawal of my funds in my Octa account, which cannot be done. My account has been blocked by Octa, and I am unable to withdraw approximately $1623. I have also contacted them through customer service and email, but they stated that they cannot refund the funds and the account remains blocked. This incident occurred from February 10, 2025, until now, March 19, 2025, and there has been no solution from the broker's side. I kindly request if there is any solution to my problem. 🙏🏻

Delayed withdrawal when in profit

I have uses Octa for about 6 months when they started playing games. I was profiting about 15K USD (Fix Rate). When I wanted to withdraw, they say a lot of excuses to delay my withdrawal. Some of these reasons include: We need to verify with the bank, we are waiting for the funds provider, holiday season, etc… And then after 1 week from my withdrawal request, they say my account is under investigation for suspicious activities. Yeah, the suspicious activities that they were referring to was I was profiting a lot…hahhahaha. Then i was informed they do this routinely to make sure their clients’ funds are safe. But when i asked my friends who used Octa, they never have this happened to them because they were profiting way less than me. And the. after almost 3 weeks, they finally approved my withdrawl request. aAnd one more thing, their customer service are basically all robots. they use fake names amd profile pictures. Please dont use Octa.

Is more than 33 Hours, and I don't get my money

My withdrawal still on pending status more than 24 hours. When I write this ta has already been 33 hours. customers support don't give a good answer. They just keep me waiting. Until when? Good evening, I'm Rico Nurhidayat and I want to express my issue regarding the inability to withdraw funds for almost 2 weeks. I've contacted the customer service of the platform, and they only provided reasons that funds are being processed by the Finance Department and asked to wait without any clarity. I was informed that my account is under investigation. I was advised to send an email, which I did, but received the same responses. A few days later, the platform responded stating that the deposit amount is not larger than the profit gained, leading us to the conclusion that we must deposit a substantial amount to ensure smooth fund withdrawal, because the smaller deposits we have made are quite difficult.

I cannot withdraw my funds from Octa.

I have been trading with octafx since 2021, and so far there have been no problems regarding deposits or withdrawals. In the past few months, I have made a significant profit due to the increase in the price of the xrpusd pair, so I have been making frequent withdrawals. After several withdrawals, suddenly my account could not be verified and I couldn't withdraw funds. I asked through email and live chat and was informed that my account is being checked for AML and requested bank deposit statements from March to December. I immediately prepared the bank statement and sent it to octa support. After a few days, I received an email from octa's KYC stating that my account has been verified and I can make deposits and withdrawals. So I tried to make a withdrawal. However, the withdrawal status is always pending, and when I asked the live chat, they said that my account is still being checked with an indefinite timeframe. The large broker octa is withholding the profits that rightfully belong to me as a client.

    Octa buys with its transparency and affordability of forex trading. But still I can’t call their spreads the lowest I’ve seen. For example, attached picture from the Asian session I usually trade. 1 pip seems a good deal still expected it lower IDK Still a suitable choice for me. Good platform, fast withdrawal approvals by email, I like my experience here anyway Just opinion
