I have been trading on Olymp Trade for about six years . On 24 November 2025 I submitted a complaint after observing unusual settlement behaviour in several short-expiry trades.
One trade was internally reviewed by the broker and refunded on 27 November 2025. This confirmed that an execution irregularity occurred during that trading period.
After this refund I reviewed other trades executed during the same session, including XAG/USD short-expiry trades. Several trades appeared to show similar settlement behaviour.
In multiple examples the mini-chart displayed after the trade shows the position favourable during most of the trade duration but the final settlement becomes a loss at expiry.
I documented these examples with screenshots, trade comparisons and mini-chart video recordings and submitted them to the broker.
The additional trades were declined mainly due to the five-day claim rule. The case was escalated to FINACOM, where incorrect

Tôi đã mất 15.000 USD với Sàn Olymp Trade. Trong hơn 4 năm giao dịch trên sàn này, tôi có quan sát rất kỹ các lệnh giao dịch của mình và nhận thấy "đa số các lệnh giao dịch của tôi thường xuyên bị thua lỗ mất tiền ở 1 giây cuối cùng". Rất nhiều lệnh mà "giá đóng cửa = giá mở cửa" nhưng lệnh đó tôi vẫn bị thua lỗ mất tiền. Kỳ lạ ở chỗ "lát sau tôi vào Lịch sử giao dịch để kiểm tra lại lệnh đó, thì phát hiện giá đã được chỉnh sửa". Tôi nghi ngờ Sàn/Nhà cái đã can thiệp vào các lệnh giao dịch của tôi, khiến tôi thường xuyên bị thua lỗ mất tiền ở 1 giây cuối cùng. Đặc biệt là khi tôi đầu tư số tiền lớn, họ sẽ khiến tôi thua một chuỗi liên tiếp và cháy tài khoản liên tục. Dưới đây là ảnh chụp màn hình một chuỗi các lệnh thua liên tiếp, dẫn đến cháy tài khoản liên tục và thường xuyên bị thua lỗ mất tiền ở 1 giây cuối cùng. Để mọi người cân nhắc trước khi tham gia giao dịch trên sàn này. Sàn này "không uy tín" như lời họ khẳng định đâu.
