powertrading intentionally delays withdrawals

I deposited 5000 USDT into this platform at the end of January and applied for a withdrawal on February 3rd. There was no result until April. After finally passing the review and having the funds deducted, they came up with another batch payment method, with 500 arriving per week. After two weeks, only 1000 arrived. In the third week, there was no result again. You could argue that if the profits were high and you deducted them, it might be understandable, but I only made about two hundred dollars on the platform. Finally, after communicating through the platform's support ticket, I said I didn't even want the profits anymore, just requested the principal back. They are still delaying. Later, after more communication, they deducted another 100 USD from me as a 'gift' for their staff's food and drinks, and still no result. How can there be such a shameless platform? I hope the regulatory authorities will investigate strictly and recover customers' losses!
