Completely useless customer service. I've been trying to transfer some stocks from other brokers to my account. The forms have to be filled out three times. I've explained it multiple times. Another broker insists they've never received the transfer requests. UTRADE claims they have. Other brokers are more than willing to provide contact emails and phone numbers to directly speak with someone at UTRADE, but UTRADE isn't interested and hasn't replied to my messages in a week. No assistance. No accountability. Doesn't seem to care. It's been over a month now.
