I recently had an issue with Minmetals Financial that I feel compelled to share. When I deposited a significant amount to avoid being liquidated, they held onto the funds even after the stop-loss was triggered. Despite multiple inquiries, they assured me they would investigate, but I never received a satisfactory response.
