Fraudulent broker, first they deleted all my profits and now they won't let me withdraw my funds. My withdrawal is not allowed by Winpro, and the support team is unresponsive, just telling me to wait.

WinproFx removed my trading profit after execution

I deposited funds and traded on the WinproFX platform. The trades were successfully executed and profits appeared in my trading account. Later the broker removed my profits and claimed it was due to a “liquidity provider technical issue”. The trades were executed and confirmed on the platform, so removing profits afterward raises serious concerns about manipulation. My total profit of $53,567 was removed from my account. I have already filed complaints with the Indian Cyber Crime Portal, RBI, SEBI, GoDaddy, Cloudflare, and CERT-In.After filling complaint they blocked my account IP This broker continues to target Indian traders through promotions. I am reporting this to warn other traders and request investigation.

SCAM AND FRAUD BROKERS!

Try to withdraw my funds and the profit. make $1.000 deposit and make $698 profits, after that I make withdrawal request I only received $500 of total $1.698 Withdraw request. no answer from the Live chat or email support. but they make in my web cabinet all the withdrawal request has been completed but i never recieved the money. dont trust this broker its FRAUD! SCAMS! and steal clients money by ignoring our complain

Only the principal can be withdrawn, they will deduct your profits.

The transactions in the account were entirely legitimate. After I withdrew the principal, they immediately removed my certified KYC, repeatedly asking me to re-verify the same documents which didn't pass. Eventually, they directly restricted my account access, and my profits were deducted.

I sent money to the company and did everything correctly, but the money did not appear in my account. When I emailed them, they asked for screenshots, which I provided, but I never received any further response. My $1500 is wasted. Definitely avoid this company.

Winprofx Won’t Release My Funds – Suspected Scam a

I signed up for Winprofx and completed the ID verification process before depositing funds. The first time I deposited, I withdrew my funds without making any profit. Later, I deposited again, this time making profitable trades. However, now, when I attempt to withdraw both my profits and my initial deposit, my account status has been changed to unverified, blocking my access to my funds. Despite submitting my ID and all necessary documents multiple times, the company refuses to verify my account again and release my funds. Their customer service is completely unresponsive—no replies to emails or messages. They are irresponsible and lack professionalism. I believe this platform is using the verification process as an excuse to withhold users’ funds, potentially to scam them. I strongly advise staying away from Winprofx, as I don’t believe your money is safe here.

I must say winprofx used to be a bad broker earlier. But with time they have improved themselves. Now in india you can deposit via upi and get bank withdrawal without any issue. Not a single payout was missed. 💓
