Description of the issue:
I have been trading with Vittaverse and accumulated a legitimate balance. On October 09, 2026, I submitted a formal withdrawal request for the amount of 1250 USD.
However, the broker has frozen my transaction and locker my account. I have contacted their live chat and customer support multiple times to resolve this matter, but they have continuously delayed the process and failed to provide any valid justification.
I have attached all relevant supporting evidence to this email, including my identity document, screenshots of my cTrader account balance, the pending withdrawal status dated 2026-10-09, and communication logs showing their lack of response. current They remove my money and withdraw This operation is not allowed

Warning for traders about my experience with Vittaverse.
I traded fairly on my account with normal risk management, TP and SL. After making a profit of $685, the company confiscated my profits and only returned my original deposit.
They accused me without giving any valid evidence of rule violation. I repeatedly asked them to explain the reason, but I did not receive any clear proof.
This behavior is highly suspicious and unprofessional. Traders should stay careful because profit withdrawal may become a problem after successful trading.
