My account was maliciously withdrawn from the platform. I did not initiate the withdrawal, and the withdrawal account is not mine.

On April 17, 2025, I deposited $1,500 USD. After generating profits, my account balance reached $2,069.33. On October 21, 2025, the platform maliciously withdrew $2,069.33 from my account. I never personally initiated any withdrawals, and the withdrawal account is not mine. I request the platform address this matter. The first screenshot below shows my deposit record. The second screenshot shows the wallet address I used for deposits. The third screenshot shows the platform's withdrawal address, which is not the same as my address. The platform maliciously withdrew funds that did not reach my personal account.

JDR defrauded me of $2,900, account ID 504836, pay back!!

Account ID: 504836. Name: Chen Xinhua. I got to know the situation with the account manager of JDR Shenzhen in April and sent the delivery order. After confirming and getting a positive reply, I opened an account on April 14 and made a deposit for the transaction. I also participated in bonus activities and broker support activities. After making the order on the first day, I got a clear notification from your account manager that there is no problem and I can continue to operate. Later the account manager told me that the transaction would not be allowed. Even I did not violate the rules, I stopped as he told so. During the activities he told me that there is no problem, and that the grant and support funds will be distributed to me on May 21 or 22. But I was informed by phone on the morning of the 22nd that the bonus and event funds were unilaterally withdrawn. In the early stage of my cooperation, I sent the delivery order for confirmation. During the cooperation, I also kept the order for 5 minutes without any violation. Please tell me what is the difference between not giving me money now and scamming.

After watching and observing, I opened an account and deposited 1000 US dollars, which is about 7400 RMB. However, shortly after depositing, my account was liquidated. The screenshot shows that there were two short positions of 0.5, but I clearly told the agent that I wanted to open positions of 0.2 lots. The order time for my two 0.5 short positions does not match the copy trading account provided by the agent at all. It is obvious that my account was maliciously liquidated by this agent.

XAU/USD opened sharply up and down on December 4. I didn't trade when it was going up, and I was short when it started to go down. Anyway, I only lost $2,000, so that’s what I lost.
