The team is responsive, and their customer service is top-notch. However, my main concern revolves around the speed of deposit processing post-verification. Despite the quick response and excellent service, it still takes a few days after depositing before I can fully utilize the funds.

I gotta give a shoutout to Metaverse Securities - they're a top-notch securities and futures company based in Hong Kong that I discovered thanks to a friend's recommendation. Trading with them was a breeze, and their customer service was excellent. The only downside was that withdrawing my funds took a bit longer than I expected.
