Zaffex is a scam.

Zaffex has blocked my account, it does not allow me to make withdrawals and has banned a large number of accounts under the excuse of having multiple accounts and misuse of the API. Personally, I only manage one account, so there was no reason to block me. They are scammers.

Doesn't allow me to withdraw my funds.

I've been with the broker for over 6 months. There were no issues until now when they won't allow me to withdraw my funds. I see many people have fallen for this scam. I hope they can help me retrieve my funds. The worst part is when I send everything to support, they mark the ticket status as "Resolved," but they've resolved nothing. They respond with a supposed clause of an API article, and I always worked with little capital. Pure deception 😭😡.

They have blocked my account and won't allow me to withdraw. The supposed customer service email doesn't exist. Every time I send an email asking for an explanation, I receive no response.

While it's true that Zafex has not given a single response to the massive ban of many platform users, it's completely rubbish that they won't allow money withdrawals, even with all required verification levels achieved on the account. It's absurd that they won't even provide a response to all the people affected.

I was working with this broker for approximately 6 months, making withdrawals normally, and after this time, they blocked me for an alleged violation of the rules. Zaffex won't let me withdraw and I have evidence.

Zaffex won't let me withdraw. I deposited $500, but now it's saying I can't withdraw even $5. They accuse me of cheating but don't respond or return my money. Here's a photo as proof that only 1/100 remains. They won't let me withdraw not even a penny, including what we deposited. They don't even allow me to withdraw what we have won there.

Scam

They are wiping all accounts with the false excuse of misuse of the API, merely stealing investor funds. They also avoid approving identity verification which involves four levels, and they won't approve the last one as an excuse to avoid payout withdrawals. I have been waiting for verification for over 8 days✅ to no avail. They always reject it with the excuse that the document is invalid, but that's not true. They are just trying to steal everyone's funds, so spread the word and do not recommend this scam trash.

Funds are frozen and cash withdrawal is not possible.

I've been working with this broker for 3 months, and on the 5th of this month they carried out a massive ban for multiple accounts, and I only have one account with them. Consequently, this ban froze my funds which I can't withdraw. I've asked for a solution to access my funds which are mine, not Zaffex's. I think the ban to block operations and not funds which are not theirs is unfair. They have their commissions on operations and withdrawals therefore I don't recommend any broker updates or that they're examining operations tends to block the money and they don't answer anything; only a bot responds that says nothing, they don't answer anything.

    Estuve trabajando aproximadamente 6 meses con este broker, venia realizando retiros con normalidad y después de este tiempo me bloquean por un supuesto incumplimiento de las normas. Al momento de realizar un retiro en el monto a retirar solo me permite que sea entre 0.1 y 0.01, prácticamente nada, entonces por ende extiendo mi solicitud a traves de ustedes para recibir su ayuda. Adjunto imágenes del Deposito, del primer y último retiro de el saldo en la cuenta y de la incapacidad para retirar.
