Encorefx global I invested in encorefx global, the total investment amount was 7500usd with a withdrawal of 3158.98usd, the loss was 2110.08usd, and the remaining amount in the account was 2230.94usd on February 19, I did not see any dividends for my siemens stock code I asked the consultant but didn't get a response. I called and didn't answer the phone but then hung up. I immediately sent an email to the support team asking but got no response. I sent another email and got no response. When I tried to withdraw money from the home page, I couldn't enter the withdrawal order. I sent an email to ask support, but they still didn't respond, and as a result, I got locked out of both the home page account and the MT5 account. Now I don't know who to turn to to ask why. Why did my account get locked? So I'm writing here to ask the community for help if there is any information about the encorefx global exchange so I can get back the money I was scammed and appropriated by this exchange.

I can not withdraw, and money was not received after application approved

The first 3-4 withdrawals, the broker still allowed withdrawals right away after i apply. But those next times the broker suspended the withdrawal order. They let my withdraw application still in pending status for weeks, and not gonna to approved. I had 5000 USD deposit here, the 2 latest application before the last one have been approved 1700 USD + 689 USD, but i did receive any money. My trade order also have been disabled. THIS IS SCAM BROKER FOR SURE.

Arbitrarily extend the buy and sell price to let players lose their money

Yesterday at 6:25 p.m. November 20, 2023. The platform notifies players that maintenance has been completed. Require the player to order 20 lines to withdraw money (while my account has 10k). but it is not clear how long it will take to complete. Today, November 21, 2023, I received a gmail notification from the broker and broker staff asking me to place an order for 20 lines today or my account will be locked.     I’ve been using EncoreFx Global for a few months. The MT5 platform is pretty good, and I’ve had no issues with withdrawals.
