Topinvestus is owned and operated by Silverdale Holdings LTD, a Forex and CFD broker registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Topinvestus is not currently subject to any effective regulation.

Topinvestus only supports traders to deposit and withdraw funds via standard Visa/MasterCard and charges a fee for withdrawals, but no specific amount is specified. Topinvestus claims that it takes 5 days to process a client's withdrawal request, usually within 5 days for legit brokers.
