Their trading platform was quite basic, with limited charting tools and indicators. The spreads for the cryptocurrencies were much wider than advertised, resulting in significantly higher trading costs. I also had issues with depositing and withdrawing funds, with long waiting times and additional charges that were not initially disclosed. Another issue that I face with this broker is the limited range of trading products. It only offers a few cryptocurrency pairs.
