Headway is running a blatantly deceptive operation. They advertise negative balance protection to attract traders, but it’s a LIE. When my account went negative, instead of honoring the policy like every reputable broker does, they quietly adjusted my balance and let me deposit again. Then, the moment I deposited, they stole my funds by deducting the negative balance from my deposit.

The broker is really nice,but I have just one issue with them, the fact that I can't withdraw my money according to the amount I want is actually a problem for me, even after I spoke to the customer care I was told to do as I was instructed to be withdrawing little amount of money from my account And even after I did that my withdrawal request would still be declined 🤨

An absolute scam the deposit bonus you are they offer you will disappear in seconds due to the spreads alone on top of that you will find out that even if you’re Account Ballance is fine they can remove your bonus mid trade and blow up your whole account like they did to me. I just tried their $111 no deposit bonus, and I made a $40 profit. I just respect their rules. After all, I waste my time and energy, and they would not allow me to withdraw the profit or transfer it to trade with it. When I request their customer support, they request money to deposit it. I traded the bonus for 7 days and made a profit. When I requested access to trade the profit Headway surprised me and asked me to make a deposit so I could trade. I replied that I had the bonus contract in PDF format and that it wasn't mentioned anywhere. Please do not trade this bonus It's a scam I think it's a shame to trade for a week and then they ask you for a deposit to access your profit.

Serious Slippage Issue with Headway Broker

I had a stop-loss set at 1845 on gold during the NFP release. Right after the news dropped, Headway’s platform froze for 12 seconds. When it came back, my trade was closed at 1867 — that’s a 22-point slippage and a $2,200 loss. What’s worse, I checked four other platforms and none of them showed gold going above 1853. I also had a limit buy order that didn’t trigger at all. Headway’s support blamed “low liquidity,” but it feels like only stop-losses are affected — not pending orders.

After I made profit today, they withdrew all my money including capital. They claim I had five accounts which is a big lie. Chatted with them for more than 3 hours to resolve but they refused to refund. Claimed my account was in negative and withdrew all my money to zero. I was never in negative. Am hurt. The representatives/agents are very rude and don’t listen but withdrew my money

I had a terrible experience with Headway Forex Broker. Their so-called “raw spreads” on gold were actually 3–5 pips even in calm markets, making profitable trading impossible. Their social trading system was unreliable and misleading, causing me to lose my account and my clients’ trust. With no transparency, poor support, and no compensation for their failures, this broker feels like a trap. Serious traders should stay away.

Read this people, I want to warn you that this broker is going to drain your account with a trade that you didn't executed. My trade always has a stoploss and take profit but this is what happened i close my account that night before i sleep i have only 1 trade but when i open it in the morning the account has gone and there is a order, MARKET ORDER with exactly 88,000 price you know it's hard to achieve that in market order. I tried to contact the customer support to resolve this issue internally and even request a further investigation but it all goes to nothing. JUST AVOID THIS BROKER
