Unable to withdraw
Previously, even 300 units took forever to process. This time, customer service won't even respond. I'm truly at a loss. Are they really holding back such a small amount?
At the beginning of the year 2026, withdrawal is getting harder and harder. I can't even withdraw money once a month now. Every time I asked why this happened, the reason given was Chinese New Year fund controls or I had to switch to a different withdrawal channel. It looks like I'm doomed. Does anyone know what's going on?
I joined Easy and followed the form of copy trade 1 master on the floor. I did not know how that person traded. I saw high profits so I followed him. During that process, the floor and the master had problems. I don't know, but the floor locked my master account and locked all my accounts, not only allow to withdraw capital or profit, but blocked me from logging in. What's wrong with the floor and master is none of my business. I must be guaranteed my rights to money and capital. I am not wrong and I request Easy floor to pay me all the money on my mt5 accounts.
