I tried reaching out to HENGTAI FUTURES and they claim to respond within 10 minutes. Well, that has never happened. I can't withdraw from my credit card because it tells me to add the card to my profile. Guess what? There's nowhere to add a credit card unless you make a deposit!

Out of five withdrawal requests, only two were approved. The first two rejections cited excessive withdrawal amounts, while the last one claimed frequent withdrawals impacted my credit score.
