I can't withdraw bank loan to deposit into the platform.

I am the account holder DungYn8579 on the Ivy platform, trading ID: 888013. Registered email: dinhdungdrt@gmail.com. I executed a withdrawal on the official website on January 3, 2025, but so far the platform has not taken any action to resolve this. Attached below is my bank transfer receipt and the withdrawal form I created.

Ivy Market automatically liquidated my account.

On December 30, 2024, I placed a withdrawal order for 1062.36 USD and the exchange reported that it was being processed. Every day, when I checked my account, I saw that it was still being processed. On January 3, 2025, when I checked again, I found that my account only had 12.93 USD left. When I accessed MT5, I discovered that Ivy Exchange had automatically placed 60 buy orders in my account within 3 minutes and burned 987.07 USD.

These fraudsters baited me, decimated my account, then blocked it. I had to resort to endless borrowing to gather 2,000 USD, all of which were loans from these con artists. They will inevitably face the repercussions, a burden that their descendants will have to bear. After successfully defrauding me, they completely obliterated my account.

Ivy Exchange scams customers

On November 25, 2024, I met an IB named Minh Quang (Zalo phone number: 0924.540.640) from IVy Markets. This person persuaded me to deposit a total of 12,000 USD into the platform under MT5 account 891418 for trading and copytrading. When I noticed signs of decline and fraudulent activities on the platform, I proposed a trial withdrawal of 84 USD. The platform approved it. However, when I requested a full withdrawal, the platform did not respond. Especially on December 27, 2024, the platform unilaterally executed a withdrawal order from my account, amounting to 5,000 USD out of a total of 6,227 USD. I have requested the platform to clarify the situation, but I have been unable to contact the IB or the platform's support.

IB blocks withdrawals, deceives support for withdrawals to steal accounts

Send to IVY Maket Company IVY Maket Exchange and IB Exchange have blocked my withdrawal orders and deceived support for withdrawals to log in and steal my account, then burned the account and blocked communication, changed the trading account password. I have filed a complaint since June 2024, but so far there has been no response from the exchange to me.

Boldly robbing both principal and interest

I joined the platform in 2024 and deposited a total of $5,200, which I borrowed from the bank. The final balance of account 888013 was $24,485. After deducting related fees, I actually received $19,485. I withdrew the money, but the platform did not process it and deleted my account. However, I have kept all the evidence, filed a complaint against the fraudulent platform, and am currently working with the authorities to coordinate the investigation. I must expose the platform's fraudulent nature on all platforms so that people can avoid it and prevent the platform from scamming anyone else. I have learned that the platform is planning to resume fraudulent activities. If the platform were reputable... then give me back my money. Otherwise, I will report and take down the platform on all platforms. Attached to the post are the lawsuits I have filed along with some related evidence.

I was also a victim of the so-called Admin Scam when I first started trading.

After investing an initial 200, I was unable to withdraw it, and the trading platform disappeared but my funds were never returned. The Admin even suggested to make another deposit as a solution to retrieve my original funds. However, after additional deposit, my account remained empty, and I suddenly found myself blocked by the Admin. Please note that all transactions were made through the platform's official payment gateway.

Don't be fooled I was lured into Ivy Markets LTD in the middle of 2024 by someone claiming to be a Metaquotes employee: they said I would receive a Forex Insurance Capitals Metaquotes insurance capital of 5000 USD as a thank you to customers, because I had previously burned my account on many platforms. To withdraw, I need to open an account at a chosen platform and they directed me to Ivy. I need to deposit 50% and trade for 1 week without volume or deposit 100% to withdraw immediately. Someone was able to withdraw, so I entered for the first time with 2600 USD and a 100 USD deposit. Then there were 2 more people supporting me in trading according to orders, and in less than 1 week, my account 888026 burned nearly 10,000 USD due to spread widening. Then the platform staff requested support again, with an insurance capital of 9200 USD and a reset of the account for the new funds to come in. I was planning to quit, but the support person told me that each person would enter with 2500 USD, totaling 5100 USD. Before that, I had a 100 USD deposit and was able to withdraw 20 USD as a trial, so I entered. The platform staff urged me to take large orders and a 50% bonus, but I had to receive it in a new account, which is 888013. I traded as requested for over a month, but now I can't withdraw the money. When I try to access the website, it is blocked.
