Ivy Exchange scams customers

On November 25, 2024, I met an IB named Minh Quang (Zalo phone number: 0924.540.640) from IVy Markets. This person persuaded me to deposit a total of 12,000 USD into the platform under MT5 account 891418 for trading and copytrading. When I noticed signs of decline and fraudulent activities on the platform, I proposed a trial withdrawal of 84 USD. The platform approved it. However, when I requested a full withdrawal, the platform did not respond. Especially on December 27, 2024, the platform unilaterally executed a withdrawal order from my account, amounting to 5,000 USD out of a total of 6,227 USD. I have requested the platform to clarify the situation, but I have been unable to contact the IB or the platform's support.

Send to IVY Maket Company IVY Maket Exchange and IB Exchange have blocked my withdrawal orders and deceived support for withdrawals to log in and steal my account, then burned the account and blocked communication, changed the trading account password. Everyone, please pay attention to this broker, it scammed me out of $3,000 in October This morning, when I got home from work, I opened the app and analyzed it, then entered 5 0.20 buy orders and the market went up while I was waiting to take profit, then suddenly I realized I couldn't control my account. After that, I asked a guy to handle and work with the exchange's support but instead he asked me for my money in the exchange but I didn't know and also told the truth and the support said ok to reactivate my account I had to deposit an additional $1500. to activate the account but when i Deposited with two accounts, one account deposited $900, the other deposited $600 and sent photos to it but they said it was not possible because depositing with two bank accounts, the system could not handle it and I complained but Again, I received silence from support, so I lost more than $3,000 of my money. I advise everyone to stay away from brokers that interfere with their trading accounts so they should research before investing to avoid losing money unfairly like me and it deleted all my deposit history so I don't upload photos. Okay, that's what I share with everyone, find a reputable and quality brokerage to invest in and have enough licenses.

Ivy Market automatically liquidated my account.

On December 30, 2024, I placed a withdrawal order for 1062.36 USD and the exchange reported that it was being processed. Every day, when I checked my account, I saw that it was still being processed. On January 3, 2025, when I checked again, I found that my account only had 12.93 USD left. When I accessed MT5, I discovered that Ivy Exchange had automatically placed 60 buy orders in my account within 3 minutes and burned 987.07 USD.

I am unable to withdraw money and access the website of the exchange.

I participated in the exchange through the Forex Insurance Capitals Metaquotes capital insurance program, and the exchange committed that I would be able to withdraw money. The conditions for participation are to open an account on the exchange and deposit 50% of the corresponding amount, then trade for 1 week without volume or deposit 100% to be able to withdraw immediately. The insurance money I received in account 888013 is $9200. I deposited $5100 and the exchange gave me a 50% bonus, which is $11621. I have been trading for over 1 month with a large lot size as required by the exchange, and my current balance is $24485. I made a withdrawal of $10000 on 3/1/2025 as promised by the insurance program that Ivy Markets LTD committed to. At that time, my account balance was $14250, which is enough to withdraw the capital I deposited, which was $5100, plus the insurance capital I received, which was $5000. But up to now, I have been trading with an account balance of $24485. That means I can withdraw $20285 at this time. I have a mentor and participate in trading, the mentor invites me to copy trades and burn my account. Continuously, they invite me to deposit more money to recover. And they have blocked all communication with me. The support team of the platform colludes and invites me to deposit a lot of fees to create bonuses, confirmation fees, and so on. Don't be fooled I was lured into Ivy Markets LTD in the middle of 2024 by someone claiming to be a Metaquotes employee: they said I would receive a Forex Insurance Capitals Metaquotes insurance capital of 5000 USD as a thank you to customers, because I had previously burned my account on many platforms. To withdraw, I need to open an account at a chosen platform and they directed me to Ivy. I need to deposit 50% and trade for 1 week without volume or deposit 100% to withdraw immediately. Someone was able to withdraw, so I entered for the first time with 2600 USD and a 100 USD deposit. Then there were 2 more people supporting me in trading according to orders, and in less than 1 week, my account 888026 burned nearly 10,000 USD due to spread widening. Then the platform staff requested support again, with an insurance capital of 9200 USD and a reset of the account for the new funds to come in. I was planning to quit, but the support person told me that each person would enter with 2500 USD, totaling 5100 USD. Before that, I had a 100 USD deposit and was able to withdraw 20 USD as a trial, so I entered. The platform staff urged me to take large orders and a 50% bonus, but I had to receive it in a new account, which is 888013. I traded as requested for over a month, but now I can't withdraw the money. When I try to access the website, it is blocked.
