I opened several trades in the shares of the "Pinterest" company in the aforementioned HYCM company. On October 29, 2020, I closed my positions with a profit of about $ 43,000. Severe Slippage

Severe Slippage, Customer Service Unresponsive

I registered three accounts on this platform, incurring losses of $1,400, $15,000, and $25,000 respectively. Additionally, the platform induced me to invite friends by offering a bonus for new registrations; my friends also registered and concurrently lost $700. Firstly, the platform does not respond to user emails and does not address user complaints. Secondly, the slippage is severe. For example, on June 7, 2024, at 20:30, I shorted NASDAQ 100 index futures. The highest spot market price for NASDAQ was 19114.63, yet inexplicably a trade on my account executed at 19126.28 (buy-stop), a price that did not even appear on the platform. Within the next two minutes, the index plummeted below 18950 (my target for taking profits). This discrepancy resulted in a swing of $3,000 in my profit/loss account.

Beware of this broker, HYCM are a Scam operation and refuse to pay out my $158 USD in profit. Beware of their multi-jurisdiction regulation they can try and play by any rules. I have been trading forex for 6 years, if you have money invested with them be aware and withdraw as soon as possible. Stay away

Frequent unaddressed issues.

On November 4, 2021, I was repeatedly contacted by a HYCM platform salesperson and invited to open an account with a deposit of $20,000 as part of a bonus and gift event. The platform server was very slow, with frequent issues like freezing, slippage, and delayed closures. Requests to withdraw profits were repeatedly obstructed by the salesperson with various reasons, and promised gifts were not delivered. During a sudden event, the platform became unusable - could not close positions, log in or deposit, causing a significant loss. Emails to the platform have not been addressed and contacting the salesperson was fruitless. I am now requesting proof from the regulating body that they are properly supervising this business and demanding compensation for my losses. After contacting customer service, my account has been disabled.

I was a partner in this

I was a partner in this company during HY Markets, they have still unpaid commissions in total of 300usd. Affiliate manager name above. They decided to stop paying 1 day after my commissions are approved. Stay well away. For those looking at HYCM as your trading provider, be warned as i know their practices will result in you losing money after being persuaded to deposit thousands.

Unable to Withdraw

Multiple withdrawal requests were rejected; deposits were made based on promised bonuses, but withdrawals are not allowed, and no resolution is provided.

I was repeatedly invited by a platform salesperson to deposit $20,000 USD, participating in bonus and promotional activities. During this period, the servers were extremely slow, with frequent occurrences of freezing charts, slippage, and delayed order closures. When I applied for a withdrawal, the salesperson repeatedly obstructed the process, preventing the withdrawal and failing to issue the promised bonuses. During unexpected events, the platform was unable to close positions, the website was inaccessible for login, deposits could not be made, leading to a margin call and significant losses. I contacted the salesperson immediately and emailed the platform, but they refused to address the issue. Even more egregiously, on the same day I contacted the platform, they suspended and disabled my account. I now need assistance from the relevant authorities to negotiate compensation for the losses and return the hard-earned money of ordinary people. Trading Account: 21000****.
