I appreciate the robust customer database and detailed information available. However, the constant bombardment of messages upon opening the platform can be overwhelming. The recent changes in the fee structure are not to my liking. The new arrangement necessitates regular monthly savings to avoid substantial fee hikes, which is a downside for me.
