I recently used Universal Futures for an internal check process, and I must say their real-time response was impressive. They assured me that the internal inspection would be completed and committed to sending me an email afterwards to confirm that it wouldn't affect my trading account. While the process went smoothly, I'll reserve judgment until I receive that email confirmation. So far, so good, but let's see if they follow through on their promise.
