I am in a dispute with HFM regarding the adjustment of USD 45,678.09 from four trading accounts. HFM stated that my EA exploited price latency and classified the activity as prohibited arbitrage under Clause 26.1 and Clauses 24.1 and 24.2. My main concern is that HFM has not clearly identified which specific transactions or trading behaviour constituted latency arbitrage, or explained how the alleged price latency was actually exploited. I am not requesting HFM’s proprietary detection methodology or confidential systems. I am requesting a clear, transaction-level explanation of what specific trading behaviour was considered a violation and how it relates to the cited clauses. I have supporting documents, including HFM’s official complaint response, its subsequent response dated 18 September 2026, and MT5 trading history. I request WikiFX to assist in mediating this dispute and to ask HFM to provide a clear factual explanation of the basis for the classification and adjustment.

I am a retail trader with HFM (Account: 1******). After depositing $12,000 and making legitimate profits, HFM unilaterally wiped out ALL my profits—returning only my deposit—citing Clause 26.1 ("Arbitrage"). I trade normally and never exploited system loopholes. HFM has failed to produce ANY concrete evidence, such as server logs or price latency data, to back up their claim. Brokers cannot simply label winning trades as "arbitrage" to steal client profits. I urge all traders to beware of HFM and demand HFM return my hard-earned profits!

I'm not sure about the conditions for opening an account. How many accounts of each type are we allowed to open? Currently, it's not possible to open a professional account, whether it's a demo account or a real one. I've encountered this situation twice, and both times, the application opened very slowly, as if the server speed had decreased.

As a newbie in trading, I was eager to learn and jumped into HF Markets. However, I soon realized it's just a clone broker. Now, I'm waking up to this fact and swiftly moving away from them.

I had assumed, being an offshore broker and all, they'd offer some super competitive spreads. But in fact, it quite the opposite. Take EUR/USD, the most liquid pair, right? You'd expect a decent spread of around 1-2 pips. But here I was staring at the screen that read 4 pips, twice than what I was hoping for. And their customer service? Very unprofessional, mate One time, I had an issue where my trade got stuck. So, I ring them up and what do I get? Some generic response about 'system updates' and 'technical glitches'. No proper explanation or reassurance. Felt like talking to a robot, you know? After just two days of trading there, I'd had enough. Luckily, I managed to pull out my funds in time. Not the best experience for a trader, to be honest. Talk about a reality check!

HF Markets is a deceptive broker. The genuine trading platform is HFM, not this one. Keep your eyes open and don't fall for the scam.
