I've been using FXGiants' Live Zero Fixed Spread account for a while now and it's been fine, but lately I've noticed some bad things... people say they've been scammed, and the company doesn't seem all that reliable. I haven't made a withdrawal request yet, and I'm very worried now...maybe my money won't come out. I'm going to try it out.

Trying to get in touch with customer service, but haven't become an account holder yet. No one picked up the phone after 15 minutes, no option for callbacks, no space in the queue, just endless music. I had to hang up. This isn't exactly the most welcoming way to attract new business, as it also gives the impression of what people's experience might be like if there were real issues to discuss.

As a user of FXGiants, I must say it's a notorious clone trading platform. Retrieving your initial capital from them is a real challenge.
