The trading platform presented a whole set of challenges of its own. It was plagued with frequent crashes and slow speed. The issue of high slippage was another stumbling block. My trades often got executed at inconveniently different prices from my set points. To top it all, their customer support services were disappointingly slow. It was like sending out distress signals into space with hardly any hope for a quick response.
