Good experience. A couple of times I faced some problems and gave I call. I was answered by very polite and competent customer service who quickly helped to cope with all the difficulties. It's great when you can refer for help at any time of the day.

At first, trading with Lux Trading Firm was fine, but then they changed the trading terms, adding execution time and slippage. Withdrawals now take 4 working days, and it's been over a month, but the money isn't in my bank account or Lux Trading Firm's account. They keep making excuses, blaming it on transitions with the bank. This makes me believe they're a scam!
