FXCL Markets and Tech-RMS are scamming retail investors. I deposited USD 250 via GCash. After successful trading, my balance grew to USD 1,037. On May 1, 2026, I submitted a USD 400.00 withdrawal request (ID: 1****). FXCL deliberately held my money in limbo under a fake "Doubtful Promo Terms" status. While blocking my money, on May 11, 2026, they synchronized my backend trade tickets with their risk manipulation software, Tech-RMS. They executed sudden, artificial backend price spikes on my account to intentionally wipe out my entire balance and cover up my withdrawal. A manager named Anton Diaz is now aggressively calling my phone trying to avoid a paper trail. I refuse to take calls and want everything tracked. I have already filed an official cyber-fraud case with the Philippine SEC (Case No. SEC-182576) and am submitting to NBFIRA Botswana. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY WITH FXCL!

I deposited funds into FXClearing (FXCL Markets Ltd.) and was placed under a managed account handled by Tech-RMS (RMS Technologies Ltd.), acting as the MAM. After checking the reviews, background of the company, and finding that none of my emails were being answered, I submitted multiple formal revocation requests — as clearly allowed in the signed Limited Power of Attorney agreement — but FXClearing has never responded. They completely ignore all support channels: * Their official emails (support@fxclearing.com, info@fxclearing.com) never reply * Live chat is always offline * No hotline or working phone number * Meanwhile, Tech-RMS continues to call me using random, untraceable numbers I already submitted screenshots of the revocation clause and multiple withdrawal attempts, but they still refuse to act. It seems like a coordinated setup designed to trap client money while passing blame between the broker and a fake "agent."

This broker has the worst trading platform in the industry. It freezes, glitches, and has a horrible reaction to price action ATM. They closed my position with little to no explanation. The web site has so many issues and the password reset button doesn't work. you have to contact them to send you a password reset. Scam worthy garbage. I have emails and chats and screenshots of their representatives all telling me different things about a closed trade.

They constantly put me in trades before the price reaches my entry and take me out before price reach my stop loss. For example, I Just had 2 trades running buy limits the trades hit, and went in my direction, yet my trade was not activated. FXCL is very dishonest and disgusting I'm going to close my account. Your company is very dishonest. FXCL can at least be honest, and stop cheating their clients. I can accept when a trade goes against me, I can accept my stop loss being hit, but don't place me in a trade before price gets there and don't take me out of the trade before price gets there. It's very dishonest of you FXCL.

FXCL has not proven to be reliable and I would advise caution when dealing with them.

Everything seemed fine until I requested a withdrawal. The account manager has been rejecting my withdrawals for various unreasonable reasons. It was only then that I realized that I had been lied to and that they were not worthy of being trusted at all.
