It offers solid trading conditions and their support team is really on the ball. However, the withdrawal times could be faster

so the problem with traze is that i cannot login no matter what i try and they had the audacity to send me an email and told me that my otp system was locked for security reasons but they did not elaborate on it, and that i had to wait 24hours and so i did and then i got the chance to reset my password only to face the same issue and my problem was taken to some department or whatever they call it and support told me that my problem was fixed, which is a lie and before i resetted my password i was facing the same problem a couple of times i would talk to support and then they would them me that my problem has been sovled but up until now it has not been solved and therefore i am complaining and i am very unhappy with traze i will also not use this broker anymore i am done with Traze

Today, MT5 is frozen. Price was on 1.08389 when i lost connection. I'm long and price is 3 pips upper of the frozen price. I can't close my position. What it price goes down? I'll lost my profits? Nobody answer on custom service.
