Quite disappointed with my experience with TruTrade. The customer service was not helpful at all, which is quite frustrating. I've invested a significant amount of funds, but withdrawal requests have been consistently denied with various reasons provided. It's been a headache dealing with them, and I expected better service considering the substantial investment I made.
