Llevo dos semanas pidiéndoles que desactiven mi google authenticator ya que borre la contraseña accidentalmente, esta compañía retiene tu dinero y no te da opciones de sacarlo, ten cuidado con el dinero que depositas por que no podrás recuperarlo jamás, llevo dos semanas hablando con atención al cliente y mandando toda la documentación que piden, su respuesta siempre es la misma, por favor vuelva a enviar la documentación algo salio mal, hice esto por más de 10 veces, he denunciado a la policía

This is a scam company. They will not give you back your money. All your coins gone within seconds. They are very terrible at responding to mails too. Was only able to get my money from them via the name above.
