The interface and product selection are good, but dealing with customer support is a headache. Emails are like talking to a brick wall, and calling them is a dead end. They promise to call back within a day, but it's just an empty promise.

I had a mixed experience with FOX FX. On the one hand, their customer service was really helpful and always available. On the other hand, I experienced a lot of slippage and unexpected losses. I'm not sure if I would recommend this company, as my experience was somewhat inconsistent. I'm also considering withdrawing money.
