I've repeatedly pointed out the errors and omissions on their platform. Some of these are quite significant errors or misinformation provided. They either pretend to have looked into these issues but are "unable" to resolve them, or simply ignore and close the cases raised. They're either dishonest or incompetent — both of which are concerning.
