I am writing to report a major security breach and fraudulent activity by CentFX. On 15th August 2026, a total of $3900 was withdrawn from my CentFX account without my consent. Most importantly, I had Google Authenticator (2FA) fully enabled on my account for security. CentFX approved this massive withdrawal bypasssing the Google Authentication protocol, which is a clear violation of security standards. I have contacted CentFX support via email and chat multiple times regarding this unauthorized transaction, but they have not provided any reply, explanation, or reason. They are completely ignoring my queries.

I deposited $3,900 into my CentFX.com account (#112355) and placed a successful short trade on GBPCHF on April 2, 2025, increasing my balance to $14,037. When I attempted to withdraw part of the profit in June, they abruptly rejected the request, claiming “unethical activity” without any evidence. The platform stability is average. It doesn't crash often, but it's not the most reliable I've used. Trade execution is disappointingly slow. Spreads are steep and signals are inaccurate.
