The overnight interest rates are very reasonable. Also, the trade execution is transparent and fair, greatly boosts my confidence in trading here. However, the stop-loss and limit order features are very basic and often glitchy.

They straight-up took my deposit. I deposited a week ago, and one day, boom, couldn't open an account, couldn't log into the client portal. They just wiped out my account. Yep, they deleted it. And now, when I ask the customer manager about it, they have the nerve to tell me it's normal. Like, seriously?

For many brokers, I guess, the trading itself is fine, but their broker is a nightmare. It's clunky and awkward to change your account settings on. Emailing in for customer service is likewise a time-consuming process. Unless there is no other option, I would advise against it.
