Diao's spreads are the widest in the industry, averagely 20-30 pips wider than brokers I used to trade with, won't come again. 👎👎

The spread and execution on this platform are a complete joke. You'll be lucky if you can even get a decent price, let alone make a profit. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it's like talking to a brick wall. Good luck getting anyone on the line who can actually help you with your issues.

My MT4 account went haywire! Out of nowhere, it started automatically opening high-volume ETHUSD trades. I frantically tried closing some, but new ones kept popping up. Then, within minutes, all my existing trades vanished – my entire history disappeared, leaving only 144 dollars untouched. The remaining balance confirmed my worst fears – I lost almost $1,300! When I contacted this broker, they insisted I manually closed everything, which is an absolute lie. I never touched those orders, let alone opened new ones. My account is mysteriously drained, and Diao was offering zero explanation or assistance. 💔
