Overall a good broker, but like most brokers the first sign of problems with a account and they are the first people to completely change the rules. When I provided them with proof, they completely turned me away leaving me with a big loss!

I withdrew my money from Axi, but instead of a recorded withdrawal, it just disappeared from my MT4 account. This lack of transparency and apparent discrepancy is disappointing, making me question the reliability of the platform.
