I am an affiliate partner with a fully KYC-verified account on BingX (UID: 38*****8). I want to warn traders about how BingX's "TradFi Risk Control" operates as a classic B-Book trap: 1. I deposited ~$270 of my own funds (no bonuses, no vouchers) and opened ONLY ONE trade on the entire account: a directional long position in TradFi stocks. 2. I held the position for 8–10 HOURS, bearing full market risk, closed it in profit, and withdrew my funds. 3. Later that same day, I deposited 500 USDT (BEP-20 TxID: 0x013f64c6a69f681323bdbca03***********************bcd6570e29f9288). Before I could place a single trade, BingX froze my account. 4. The Risk Control (RC) team informed me that my remaining balance is now only 6.31 USDT! They retroactively voided my single 10-hour trade under a generic "Section 8.3" template and confiscated 493.69 USDT directly from my fresh 500 USDT deposit. 5. Even worse: in their initial settlement email, BingX demanded that to receive the remaining 6.31 USDT, I must agree to a "Non-Disparagement" clause and "Waiver of Claims" promising never to post negative reviews on social media! Holding one single stock position for 10 hours is NOT latency arbitrage, wash trading, or price feed exploitation. Retroactively seizing a fresh deposit to recoup a legitimate payout is outright confiscation of user funds. I have all email screenshots, KYC confirmations, and on-chain proof (TxID: 0x013f64c6a69f681323bd*******************bcd6570e29f9288). I will only update this review once BingX conducts a genuine human review of UID 38*****8 and refunds my full 500 USDT deposit.
